Cream gratin of crab meat
Everyone loves a crab gratin with a rich white sauce! This item is free of shells or bones, so it can be eaten as is. Simply use the sauce for a gratin, pizza, or toast, then grill up and you’re ready to go!
- 80g crab meat
- 120g white sauce
- 40g macaroni noodles
- 35g shredded cheese
- Small quantity of bread crumbs
- Add boiled macaroni noodles to white sauce and mix together, then plate on a heat-retaining plate.
- Place thawed crab meat on top and sprinkle shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
- Using a heated toaster oven or other implement, bake until the surface is golden brown.
