Crab meat salad rice bowl

Simply thaw the Deep Sea Red Crab meat to enjoy crab that is sweet and has excellent tooth when boiled. Serve ample quantities over a bed of rice for a luxurious rice bowl! Add salad fixings for a healthy dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g crab meat
  • 15g lettuce
  • 1 piece okra
  • Small quantity of radish sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Small quantity of wasabi
  • Small quantity of soy sauce
  • 200g rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thaw the crab meat and cut lettuce into strips. Cut okra into rounds and split radish sprouts in half.
  2. Serve rice into bowl and put ingredients on top.
  3. Add mayonnaise and wasabi, then soy sauce to taste.
