Simple crab and avocado salad

- 60g crab meat
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Small quantity of wasabi
- Small quantity of black pepper
- Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop out meat with a spoon.
- Mash avocado and sprinkle lemon, then mix with mayonnaise, soy sauce, wasabi, and black pepper.
- Add thawed crab meat, mix lightly, and serve back into avocado skin.
