Deep Sea Red Crab fresh spring rolls

This simple recipe involves rolling up crab meat, which is a delight to cook with and eat, with your favorite ingredients in a rice paper roll. Change the ingredients or sauce to create your very own interpretation.

INGREDIENTS

  • Small quantity of crab meat
  • 1 sheet of rice paper
  • 2 green leaves
  • 15g vermicelli noodles
  • 15g cucumbers
  • 2 basil leaves
  • Small quantity of green onions
  • Small quantity of sweet chili sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Moisten rice paper and place green leaves, boiled vermicelli noodles, sliced cucumber, and basil leaf.
  2. Place crab meat such that when transparent rice paper is rolled, the crab meat can be seen through the top. Lastly, add the sweet chili sauce.
