Deep Sea Red Crab fresh spring rolls
This simple recipe involves rolling up crab meat, which is a delight to cook with and eat, with your favorite ingredients in a rice paper roll. Change the ingredients or sauce to create your very own interpretation.
- Small quantity of crab meat
- 1 sheet of rice paper
- 2 green leaves
- 15g vermicelli noodles
- 15g cucumbers
- 2 basil leaves
- Small quantity of green onions
- Small quantity of sweet chili sauce
- Moisten rice paper and place green leaves, boiled vermicelli noodles, sliced cucumber, and basil leaf.
- Place crab meat such that when transparent rice paper is rolled, the crab meat can be seen through the top. Lastly, add the sweet chili sauce.
